Be sure to make a plan to fill RV no more than 30 miles from destination if planning to use water. *Your tow vehicle must have an electric brake controller *Security Deposit: $500. If you return the trailer in the same condition in which you received it, we will refund your entire security deposit. Cost of damaged or missing items will be deducted from security deposit. *Complete forfeit of deposit will occur if there is ANY evidence of SMOKING/VAPING: Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING is allowed inside RV *If holding tanks are not empty upon return, we will withhold $150 from your security deposit. * We allow pets, but require approval first. Please no pets on beds or furniture as they can tear. *We are festival friendly but require notification if that’s where you will be taking the unit. Also the Festival Fee add on must be selected. If it’s found to have been at a festival without approval and add on, security deposit will be forfeited. *If awning is used renter must be mindful of the weather conditions at all times. If leaving the camper, the awning must be brought into the full retracted position no exceptions. * The required Outdoorsy insurance only covers EXTERIOR damages in the situation of an collision or similar type of event. There is an optional interior coverage option you are able to select which is approximately 70$. If this is not selected, costs to repair or replace interior damage is withheld from the security deposit.
