This delivery-only unit is like new and has heated & massage theater seating. Simply put, Venture makes the nicest travel trailer we could find. Two Bunk Beds and Two Fireplaces. Front Private Bedroom, Theater Seating w/ heat and massage, Exterior Campfire Café Pass-Through Storage. One of the entrances even leads directly into the rear corner bathroom so you can return to having fun outside fast. The 51" x 75" double over double bunk beds are right next to the bathroom so those sleeping on them don't have to go far to freshen up in the 30" x 36" shower. You will enjoy your privacy with the front private bedroom, which has a 70" x 80" sleep-tight king bed slide across from a dresser with a TV and a 30" frameless fireplace, plus a window seat with wardrobes and shelves on either side to hang your clothes and place your books. Just outside the sliding doors to the bedroom is a closet on one side and a pantry on the other. The chef will love cooking in the great outdoors with the exterior campfire café with a refrigerator, a sink, and dual burners for a sunrise breakfast! Please note this unit does not have a generator, so you must have full hookup; you cannot use it for dry camping. Full hookup means water, power, and sewer (unless pump-out services are available), at your rental location. Any pump-out fees will be the responsibility of the renter in the event there is not a sewer hookup at the RV rental pad. No towing is allowed for this unit, but we will happily deliver to the RV resort of your choosing and take all the towing, setup, and teardown headaches away! Awning use is not allowed during summer rain and thunderstorms due to costly potential damage that exceeds the deposit amount of guests. We have an EZ-up canopy on-board tent, which is more tolerant to weather (and cheaper to replace), that you are welcome to use during your stay and fold up outdoor chairs!
