Jayco Melbourne M-29D - Air B&B on Wheels - Delivery/Setup Available

We've had some great family outings in this RV, but now our kids are all grown, and we'd love to see other families make life-long memories now. We've provided tons of amenities and have set it up like an Air B&B on wheels. ~~ Comfortably sleeps a family of 6 or 4 adults. ~~ There are 9 seat belts available, and the generator can run while driving, so the heat or air conditioner can run in the main cabin of the RV. ~~ Delivery, set-up, and pick-up available within a 100 mile radius. If you need a little more, contact us and we will try to accommodate if able. -- NO boondocking or dry camping allowed. -- RV can be plugged into any campsite 30 amp or 50 amp shore power, and there is also an adapter if you need to plug into a 100 v, 15 amp plug at a house. ~~ The following items are provided for your convenience. If you need any other accommodations, we'll try to arrange for them if we can. If you don't need some or all of these items, we can remove them so you have extra space. * fresh linens (mattress and pillow protectors, sheets, pillows, and fleece blankets for each bed) * 6 camping chairs * cooking utensils, pots, and pans * ice trays, can opener, cutting board, knives * compostable plates, bowls, cups, and utensils * small grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, lighter * s'mores and hotdog grilling forks * card games for all ages * Blu-ray player * cleaners, microfibers, paper towels, trash bags, brooms * first aid kit and small tool kit -- We love our pets, and responsible pet owners are welcome to bring their fur babies, but please completely clean up after your pets, both inside and out. -- Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, candles, wax burners, incense, or other smoke or fragrance products are to be used inside the RV. We have a family member who is severely allergic to these products and will be able to tell if they were used. Plant-based cleaning products, air fresheners, and other supplies are provided at no charge.
