My Coachmen RV Catalina Summit Series 7 184FQS is small enough for a couple, yet large enough for a small family. Sleeps 3-4 with a queen bed and a sofa that folds down to a full bed. New plush queen mattress. Tons of storage for an RV this size. Small kitchenette that includes a 2 burner gas stove top, sink, microwave, and full fridge and freezer. I provide a toaster, a k cup coffee maker, utensils, pots, pans, and dishes. There’s an AM/FM built in radio that has an adapter to play music straight from your phone. There are inside and outside speakers. The tv has a built in DVD player and an hdmi adapter. There’s a gas line outside to hook up a grill. I have a very small grill you can use, or you can bring your own. Some board games, books, and card games included. I do not provide any food, shampoo, conditioner, soap, sheets, pillows, towels, or camping chairs. **Pick up and drop off times can be negotiated**
