We're a family of 5 that has spent the last 5 years exploring Colorado with our amazing hybrid Roo. It really is the best of both worlds. The comfort and convenience of a spacious travel travel, with a tent-like access to the outdoors via the drop down canvas topped beds. It also is an incredibly small and maneuverable size for sleeping 8+ people, allowing access to some of the prettiest spots in the mountains that larger RVs cannot get into. Popular Rockwood Roo 233s Hybrid Trailer (2015) featuring 3 Queen beds (drop down/pop out style) plus slide out dinette makes for an incredibly spacious interior- plus additional sleeping space on full size sofa, with another twin bed in the dinette area. Technically, this camper can sleep 9 people, but it's definitely more comfortable with 7-8. Features include: dinette slideout, awning, A/C, heat, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fully stocked kitchen (tablewear, pots, pans, bowls, knives, cutting boards, can opener, french press), enclosed bathroom w/ toilet, sink & shower. The best part - heated mattresses that make every night a cozy dream. We've outfitted our camper in the very way that we like to camp - with all of the comforts of home! On board you find indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker system, 4 camp chairs, a camp folding table, hammocks, a dutch oven for cooking over the campfire, board games, art supplies, first aid kit, broom and dust pan, vacuum cleaner, trash can, and a fully stocked kitchen for 8, including a dish drying rack. There is still plenty of room to store clothing, paper goods, and any additional items that you have brought with you from home! NOTE: Tow vehicle must have proper hook-ups for braking assist system. This includes emptying gray/black/freshwater holding tanks (if used), general cleaning of interior, removing trash and emptying fridge/freezer etc. Our storage unit where you will return the camper has a dump station for your convenience upon return. We also know of many dump stations around Colorado if you'd prefer to dump prior to driving it back. Just ask and we'll share what we know! INSURANCE: Renters are required to have insurance- either thru Outdoorsy or providing proof of coverage thru their own policy.
