For those of you who do not have a vehicle capable of towing this camper or have never towed on before I can bring this to a campsite, set it up and pick it up. There is an additional fee for this service. The camper itself weighs approx 7000lbs and with things in it the load can go up 1-2k in weight. So your vehicle must legally be capable of towing this or I will not be able to rent it to you. I prefer to rent this to people who have experience towing large things. If you want me to bring the camper somewhere you need to make sure the space will hold a 30 foot camper. Also electric 15amp service or more is ideal but the camper doesn't have to have electric hookups. The water tanks will be full for basic sink usage, toilet however showering will need to be done at the park facility or location you are at unless the campground has full water and sewer hookups then you can shower in the camper. There is AC and HEAT in the camper which can be used only if you have electric hookups. If not you won't be able to use those features. The camper comes equipped with all silverware, plates, some pots and pans and cups. There is also a outdoor grill available to rent for an additional charge. Comes with a full propane tank. Makes grilling easy. Small pets are allowed that are well behaved. Renter is 100% responsible for any damage caused by a pet.
