Our trailer is like new, very well kept and clean. The master bed has been upgraded with a memory foam mattress topper to allow you to sleep like royalty. Being a toy-hauler, there is plenty of space in the "living room" to move around and host. The rear of the trailer folds down into a deck, complete with railings to keep pets and children safe. This is a great addition for morning coffee views and entertaining. The TV is moveable from the bedroom, to the living room, to outside (although you will likely not be watching any TV when you're camping). Everything works as it should, there are two batteries to allow for extended power when the generator is not running. There is a front storage and under bed storage that has plenty of space for extras. The bathroom is full size, so no cramped feeling while showering. Showers inside and outside and a spray station for cleaning your dirty toys.
