Privately owned 2017 Jayco Jayflight SLX 264bhw **NO BURNING MAN** **NO BEACH/ PISMO** **NO PETS** **NO SMOKING** Minimum 3 nights for holiday weekends Our trailer Sleeps 8 comfortably, up to 10 with couch and dinnet Double over double bunk beds in rear Queen bed in front Pull out sofa Full bathroom Large refrigerator, freezer AC and heating Outdoor shower Radio w/Bluetooth Indoor and outdoor speakers No onboard generator so campground would require 30amp service plug. Items needed for towing: Large SUV or truck able to tow 6500 lbs 7 way trailer plug Trailer brakes Class III hitch (We will provide weight distribution hitch with sway control for free) Items included: Water hoses Sanitation chemicals Wheel chocks Leveling blocks BBQ Chairs Outdoor folding table RV Toilet paper Pots/pans 2 propane tanks 30amp converter Items you will need to bring: Linens Towels Silverware Plates/bowls **NO BURNING MAN** **NO BEACH/ PISMO** **NO PETS** **NO SMOKING** Pickup is between 6pm-8pm day before (doesn't count as a day) I will have it plugged in charging and refrigator cool. Return time is 3 pm on the last day. After 3pm charged a half day. After 7pm charged a full day. Return trailer with full tanks $50 charge to empty Return trailer dirty $75 charge to clean (We provide cleaning items for free to clean before returning trailer)
