This is the ultimate family travel trailer. There are two entrances, one in rear of RV, which takes you direct into the bath. Next to the rear entry there is an outdoor shower for any dirty feet. Always helps to keep cleaning to a minimum from all the tracking in and out for restroom breaks. Back of the RV has a completely enclosed "kids room" with a ladder accessible bunk on the on one side and a convertible sleeper sofa and upper bunk on the other side. Plenty of space for a pack-n-play and or some big bean bags on the floor in the middle with a door that closes off the room. The main kitchen table for 6 also converts into a bed that can sleep 2. The main couch also converts to a bed. Full kitchen, with everything you would expect to find your home. The front of the camper is where "mom & dad" can close the door and be in their own "master suite" with a queen bed, USB charger and cabinet with storage on each side, and under the bed. Outside there is a 21' electric canopy with LED lights and an outdoor kitchen, complete with mini-fridge, sink, griddle style cook-top that is perfect for camp cooking without heating up the inside during these hot summer days! Also plenty of cabinet space, a sink, powered outlets and USB charge station (yes that's just the outdoor kitchen area). She has it all, including the size. Do not under-estimate what it means to tow a 35' trailer, not saying you need to be an expert, just word to the wise a delivery to your site might be a choice to consider. You MUST have an electronic brake controller installed in your vehicle. Regardless of how to get this sweet "home on wheels" out to your location, once you get there you have it all! If you return this uncleaned, there is a $60/hour cleaning charge. This includes the floors, bathroom, and dishes, please return it in the same condition. We provide the cleaning products.
