The massive lithium battery system efficiently powers everything in the van. That means no noisy generators and you don't have to limit your destination to places with electric hook-ups if you don't want to. The best part with this lithium battery system is that it recharges while driving, no need to plug it in. Of course, if you plan to stay at a campground, we have a 30amp power cable that will give you the ability to run the air conditioning all night long. Here are just some of the things included: - One Twin bed and one TwinXL bed suitable for an individual up to 6’3 - Glass windows all around and front swivel seats, creating an open atmosphere - Back up camera system and brand-new all-terrain tires - Refrigerator/freezer combo that is cold and running at all times off the battery system - 32” Samsung 4K QLED TV - Propane powered heat, hot water heater and dual burner cooktop - Microwave/convection oven combo - Rear bathroom with sink, toilet, and hot shower suitable for those over 6ft tall - Spacious closet to hang clothes, drawers, and overhead cabin storage - 110V and USB outlets located all around the van - Main fan, bathroom fan, and rooftop AC system - 30gal freshwater tank, 15gal gray and black tanks - Removable interior dining table and two camp chairs - Basic linens, pillows, utensils and cooking supplies provided. Please bring anything else you might want to use - 30amp power cable and 110v adapter, sewer dump hose - Trash can with liner, basic cleaning supplies, broom/dust pan, etc - Free, private, off-street/secure parking spot for your vehicle at our home is available for you Here are some basic rules and policies: - Renter responsible for all damages. This is a very expensive van with very expensive equipment. Please be careful - ABSOLUTELY NO OFF ROADING. The lithium battery system is located under the van with a very low ground clearance. Any off roading, rough terrain, or steep inclines entrances/exits could damage these batteries and cost you thousands of dollars. It's easy to avoid damage simply by being aware and cautious of where you're driving it. - No smoking, towing, or climbing on the roof - No third-party bookings, the renter will be responsible for all damages and fees - Vehicle must be cleaned before returning, this is easy and basic cleaning supplies will be provided. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning fee - Van must be returned with a full tank of fuel (regular 87 octane gasoline) - Freshwater tank will be full of clean water when you pick it up, though we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking so you can reserve tank water for showers, washing hands, brushing teeth, etc... Black and gray tanks can be dumped for a small fee of $30, or dump them yourself before returning. Tanks usually last 3 days with a couple brief showers before they need to be emptied, but this can vary with usage
