U-shaped dinette made to fit large families. Theater seat recliners with heating and massaging features. Detachable tv in the main bedroom to be able to hook outside to watch sports or to host family movie night while enjoying the fire. Surround sound speaker system that allows you to play music in and outside or to have both tvs in sync playing the audio surround. Outdoor kitchenette featuring gas grill, mini fridge, and sink. 1 bathroom with a glass surround shower. 1 slide out which expands the main living space. 1 large awning on the main side. Recommended for 50 amp to allow both a/c usage. If not available the camper can be ran at 30 amp but only one a/c will be allowed to use at a time. What's included: The main bed and bunks will be completely made (fitted and top sheet, blankets, 2 pillows each bed (4 total for main bed), and decorative accent pillows. Only fitted and top sheet will be supplied for dinette conversion bed, please bring your own pillows and blankets if using that bed. Basic pots/pans, cooking utensils, towels, washcloths, hand towels, linens, pillows, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor table, 4 outdoor chairs, outdoor mat (depending on the site), and propane. We offer add-on's with this camper to allow you to customize your camping experience. Please check the "add-on's" section while checking out for more information. We allow dogs for a small $25 pet fee, but an interior protection plan must be purchased during checkout if you plan on bringing your dogs. If we are delivering your camper to a location that is not at a campground and is "off-road" there will be a mandatory exterior cleaning fee. Please check out our add-on's tab to see popular delivery locations, but we can deliver to many more in our area. If staying at a private property or a location considered "off-road" security deposit will be increased to $1,000. This camper is for delivery only and delivery ranges are priced according to distance from our location to the desired destination, in miles, one way. 3 night minimum on all bookings, except all major holidays which are required a 4 night minimum. All holidays the security deposit will be increased to $1,000. **Delivery and pick up times will be scheduled 1 to 2 days prior to the delivery date** Please read and answer all checkout questions as this helps significantly with the booking process.
