* Delivery Only * Go glamping in style with a beautiful and modern 2023 model, 21 foot recreational vehicle nestled in North Florida. Our home away from home can be delivered up to a 100 mile radius of Live Oak, Florida. We do all the towing, hook ups, leveling, stocking, prepping, set up and break down to allow you to sit back, relax and enjoy your stay. During your stay you will enjoy complimentary coffee, coffee pot, tea, plush bathroom towels and soft sheets and pillows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to whip up a delicious meal including a dual burner gas range, toaster oven, microwave, cooking accessories, dining sets and utensils. The light and bright bathroom has two skylights, unlimited hot water thanks to a tankless hot water heater and a handheld, adjustable shower head. Included is a queen sized memory foam mattress, twin sized mattress (dining converts to bed), dining area, smart TV with Amazon Fire Stick, stereo with built in speakers, USB port and bluetooth, lots of storage space including a full closet for hanging clothes or storing your gear, fully functional kitchen and an indoor bathroom with unlimited hot water. Enjoy the great outdoors under the generous awning in our outdoor lounge chairs. Under the awning you will find speakers to listen to your favorite tunes, an outdoor power outlet, lights and an outdoor rug. ✓ Small and medium sized dogs (under 30 pounds) are allowed which are: well behaved, don't chew, free of fleas and ticks, not excessive shedders, house broken and freshly bathed immediately before your stay. Dogs are not to be left in the RV unattended for any reason. Pet fee is for one pet. A second pet may be approved with a second pet fee. ✓ Festival Goers will incur an increased nightly rental rate. Please choose "Festival Rate Adjust" from the "Add On" list if you're renting the RV for a festival. ✓ No Smoking Allowed. If there is evidence of smoking, you will lose your entire security deposit without exception. No butts in the trash. ✓ At the time of booking, please provide proof of campsite payment and campground information including: name and address of campground, site number and check in/check out information. RV will be dropped off and picked up according to our availability and campground check in/out times. Most likely the RV will be dropped off one hour after check in time and picked up one hour before campground check out time, but this can vary somewhat. ✓ Rentals for FESTIVALS require a $2000 security deposit and a $75 festival-goer cleaning fee. If you are a festival-goer, please select the Festival-Goer Cleaning Fee add-on with your booking request. (The platform will automatically add the deposit amount) ✓ Bonus: If you're wanting to stay off grid, the solar panels will charge the battery and allow limited electricity and the propane tank will fuel your heat, hot water and stove. Over 19 of the Florida’s 33 first magnitude springs (the really big ones) are located in North Florida. Ichnetucknee Springs forms Ichnetucknee River which is a crystal clear river with Spanish moss-draped limbs hanging over the river and, if you're lucky, you'll see one of its manatee residents. Our area is also home of the historic Suwannee and Sante Fe Rivers where kayaking, canoeing, fishing and swimming are popular activities. Or check out some hiking at the Suwannee River State Park. The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park is a popular destination in Live Oak for those who enjoy music festivals on their 800 acre natural campus. We are also conveniently located between the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf Coast and deliver to both coasts!
