Go camping and enjoy nature with all the comforts of home in this beautiful cozy camper! **PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING** It features two privacy bedrooms, one with an upgraded king size bed (Dreamfoam Hybrid RV King Mattress by Brooklyn Bedding) with mattress cover and wardrobe/night stand on each side and another with a double size bunk house with wardrobe. The u-shaped dinette converts into a bed and there is a double reclining sofa. Some other features include a full size pantry, 8.0 cubic feet double door refrigerator, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and double burner, power awning with LED lights, several USB charging ports throughout camper, spacious walk through bathroom, 4K blu-ray streaming DVD player, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is equipped with a standard cookware set, cooking utensils, 12-cup coffee machine (coffee filters are provided), and single-serve Keurig coffee machine to name a few. The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper especially made for RV’s. Flushing any other type of toilet paper, wipes, or feminine products down the toilet is strictly prohibited. Enhance your trip with optional add-ons such as Blackstone flat top grill, zero gravity chairs, and propane fire pit. Dog friendly up to 50 pounds, must be house trained and well behaved, not allowed on beds or furniture, no cats. Maximum of two dogs per stay. Smoke-free. As a preventative measure, the camper is treated monthly for bugs and insects. We only provide delivery at this time. The guest pick-up option is not currently available. We will deliver/set-up and pick-up/take-down. Please allow us about an hour each for set-up during delivery and take-down during pick-up. Because we only offer delivery, full hook ups (water, electricity, and sewer) is preferred, but we will consider partial hook ups (water and electricity) on a case by case basis based on length of stay or if the campground offers a honey wagon or if you agree to utilize the campground’s bathroom/bathhouse and agree to be mindful about water usage to avoid an overflow. Boondocking and dry camping is not available. We do not offer a generator at this time. We have a 50 amp electrical service so 50 amps is required. Thank you for your understanding.
