At present, this is an on site, stationary rental only. As you enter, the open floorplan provides plenty of room to move around. Equipped with a dinette booth that converts to additional sleeping and captains chairs in the front cab that swivel around to face the interior. In the rear is a queen bed, 32" tv, shelves, usb & electric outlets. Can be separated by a curtain from living space. A large cabinet with rod for handing clothes and 3 drawers below is situated between the queen bedroom space and dinette booth that converts to a full size bed. Above the cab is another sleep/storage loft space that could easily sleep 2. The kitchen has a 3 burner gas cooktop. A convection/microwave is below the cooktop. Nice large stainless steel sink with a pull down faucet is next to the cooktop. There is a refrigerator with a top freezer. Pots and pans are provided. A single cup Keurig coffee maker and a medium size oven/toaster are stored in the cabinets. Utencils, dishes, cups, paper plates are provided. The bathroom has a stand up shower, sink and toilet. Some toiletries and towels are provided. Bed linens provided. To get to the property:The rv is set up on my 1 acre property. Down the long driveway, it is parked near the carriage house (due to be converted into a tiny home next year). This property is 1 acre and you are free to use the open space for recreational endeavors. Upon request, a fire pit with some outdoor chairs can be provided. There are wooded acres on 3 sides of the property.
