21 Ft Escape camper - perfect for couples and two children - many amenities

Our "Dori" is a 2021 Escape all-fiberglass dual axle travel trailer. It is perfect for couples and one or two children. The dual axle and our upgraded anti-sway and load distribution hitch and overall rounded design provide a smooth, stable ride including at highway speeds. Trailer comes with a wireless rear view, back-up camera (display monitor wired with 12V plug) plugs into tow vehicle and mounts on windshield. The dry weight of the trailer is under 3,700 lbs and with equipment loaded is around 4,000 lbs, and can be readily towed by any vehicle rated to tow 5,000 lbs or more. We use a Toyota Highlander. The Trailer features a built-in, very comfortable Queen bed and large 4 person fully cushioned dinette area converting to another Queen bed. Trailer comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sink, Flush Mount Oven with a 3 burner gas Cooktop, 6 cubic foot Frig with separate freezer which operates beautifully on 120V electric or gas. Kitchen area has plenty of storage. Hot water is provided by a two way water heater which works on gas and/or 120V electric for quick recovery. Interior temperature is controlled by a Coleman Mach 10 13,500 BTU air conditioner with soft start (with heat strip), separate gas heater, and a MaxxAir power fan with an exhaust feature that allows for drawing cool outside air in through open windows. Bathroom has a built-in shower and sink, and a Foot Flush Toilet, and there are two exterior Showers/hoses (Driver and Passenger Side). There is a power Awning with LED light strip, dual 6V Batteries, number pad door lock with key,), frameless Windows (which can remain open for air circulation when raining), exterior access hatches Passenger Side at front and back, exterior propane quick connect with 12' Propane Hose and Adapter (low pressure) for connecting to outdoor gas stove, storage box (Front of Trailer), lots of12V/USB interior outlets, 5 LED captain interior lights for comfortable reading, interior shelves and lots of storage all around ceiling, exterior LED lights - front and back. Trailer has a built-in Electrical Management System with surge protector that delays electricity when first plugged in (for 3 minutes) while it tests the electric current for proper polarity and other issues. Trailer has TV cable plug and cord, with TV and DVD player in bedroom area. E2 by FastWay Integrated Sway Control and Weight Distribution Hitch for stable trailering, power tongue jack for easy connection to tow vehicle. Regular chocks and leveler chocks, X-Chocks. Trailer has four drop down stabilizers for added stability when parked. Dual propane tanks with auto change-over, supply propane for cooking, water heating and interior heat. Easily connect trailer with hose for fresh water supply when available at campsite. Fresh water tank holds 28 gallons with internal water pump where water not available at site. Grey tank holds 28 gallons and black tank holds 13 gallons. Both easily emptied with supplied waste hose and connections. Three water hoses provided. Water filter with pressure regulator, separate electric cord for connecting to shore power, 30 amp service, converter cord for 50 amp service supplied.
