Our 2022 Keystone Avalanche 390DS is very clean and entirely stocked for your basic needs. It has a convenient keypad for easy entry. The RV is spacious and great for entertaining family and guests inside and out. It sleeps 8 comfortably. Two in the king suite, two in the Queen suite, Three in the loft and one on the couch. It requires a 45-foot site. Upstairs you will find the King Suite with attached bathroom. Lots of storage, a TV, and complete with a washer and dryer. Downstairs off the family room is the Queen Suite. It also has plenty of storage, a TV, and its own full bathroom. The loft has three mattress pads perfect for kids or small adults. Both bedrooms come with clean bedding with plenty of extra blankets under the beds. Both bathrooms have fresh towels, soap, and shampoo & conditioner. The family room and kitchen are the perfect hangout spot. The kitchen comes equipt with a three burner range, oven, microwave, coffee pot, and fridge. We also provide paper plates, plastic utensils, and plastic cups. The panoramic windows offer beautiful scenery no matter the weather conditions. We welcome long-distance travelers and long-term renters. We can provide a detailed walk-through tutorial on using the RV. We include detailed instruction manuals for operating all aspects of the rig and easy-to-use arrival and departure checklists.
