Hello and welcome aboard at this 2024 EAST TO WEST Silver Lake LE 17BHLE Travel Trailer. It is clean and spotless, brand new and ready for any of your outdoor adventures! Perfect for first-timers or seasoned road warriors, the Silver Lake offers full size bunk beds for the little adventurers and queen size bed for the adult adventurers. Whether you want to camp at the beach, the lake, or in the mountains, our RV is the perfect base camp for your adventure and the unforgettable memories! -- Pet Friendly. Pets under 50 lbs (small breeds, please) with one-time fee are welcome. -- No screens or smart devices installed on the interior to encourage you to unplug and focus on what matters - the faces in front of you and the unforgettable memories you can create without the smart devices. -- Go camping while maintaining amenities of home like a shower, toilet, kitchenette and air conditioning. -- Bedding provided -- Towels provided -- Make sure to lock the fridge and freezer when traveling. -- Please use only RV or SEPTIC safe toilet paper -=!!!REQUIRED!!!!=- We can provide this for a small fee. -- Paper plates, bowls and cups are provided for your great time. -- For outside features a 14' power awning with LED lightening. -- 30 Amp RV Extension Cord with 30 Amp surge protector is provided. -- Wireless RV Leveling System making the leveling smooth as a butter with no hesitating. -- At 4,100 lbs empty weight this RV can be towed easily by large SUVs, half-ton, pickups, and even some mid-sized trucks but your tow vehicle MUST HAVE Electric Trailer Brake. We can provide one for a small fee. -- Weight Distribution Hitch is provided -- Hose for freshwater connection -- Hose for grey and black water dump stations -- When self-dumping (at an official dump site of course) please flush the lines thoroughly or a dump fee will be assessed (see ABOVE re: RV or septic safe tissue paper). All those other people in the dump station line will wait patiently and understand the wait process. -- If you have a drill, please bring it for the trailer stabilizers. -- Put away loose items in cabinets when traveling. -- Please do not use the awning on windy days. The awning will tear. -- 2 adult sized bikes and kid size bikes and/or bike rack can be rented. See additional fees or ask for details. -- Our best recommendation is to camp where there are full hookups! -- We have been grateful to have respectful renters and this has never been an issue.
