This 37ft Travel Trailer includes -2 slide outs -2 entry doors with combination lock. -master bedroom with queen bed and full sliding doors -Bunkhouse sleeps 4 (one bunk has max weight of 150lbs) -electric fireplace -U shaped dinette sits 4 and converts to full size bed -sofa converts to sleeper -3 burner stove with hood ventilation -oven -microwave -Full size refrigerator and freezer -Smart TV in main living area with Superbox -Smart TV in master bedroom with VeeSee box. -BT/FM/AM Radio includes Aux, USB and HDMI with speakers indoor and outdoor -Blu-ray player -Outdoor kitchen with fridge and sink / quick connect to hook up griddle (blackstone flat top grill with side burner available upon request) - 16ft power retractable awning with LED lighting -Instant hot water heater -Fresh water hose, pressure regulator and filter -Sewer hose and connectors -electrical cords (30/50) and surge protector **Delivery ONLY**- Mon-Friday Delivery is between 4:30pm-5:30pm,as we do have FT jobs. however Mon-Fri Pickup will be done prior to the check out time for the campground so you do not get charged for another night. Saturday and Sunday Delivery can be as early as 12pm with prior arrangements. ***Sway Controller and Trailer Break is REQUIRED if you chose pick up option, Hitch and Sway control is available to rent at checkout*** ***NO MORE THAN 2 PETS** We do offer Stationary stays if needed. Just choose the pickup option then after booking, message owner to let them know it is a stationary stay, so you can enjoy your event!
