2024 Forest River Salem Hemisphere - 38 ft RV that comfortably sleeps 8 to 10. Electronic stabilizers in front and rear and Two AC units. Master bedroom with RV queen mattress, separate AC unit and smart TV. Bunk room in back with 2 bunks plus versa queen size bed/couch. Dinette and sectional sofa also break down into additional beds. Fully stocked kitchen, including all cooking utensils, dishes, and Keurig. Large smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc. in the main living area. Fireplace can be used for heat or ambiance. Outdoor kitchen which includes griddle, fridge, sink and retractable awning with LED lights. Outdoor blue ray speakers w/Bluetooth. The use of (water/sewer/50 amp electric) is at the campers discretion. If RV is brought back without grey & black tanks emptied an additional $75.00 charge for dumping which will be added upon return. We Provide Linens/Towels for an extra add on fee of $25.00. We deliver & set up within a 50 mile radius for $150.00 plus additional mileage fees which can be discussed directly. Mileage over 90 miles is an $150.00 add-on. Additionally, any tolls will be added as required for delivery. All of the details will be added to reservation prior to final approval. For any special occasions/special requests please message us and we will try and accommodate. What's included a Keurig, dish set, cups, coffee mugs, utensils, cooking utensils, baking dishes, frying pans, pots, cutting board, 5 fold up chairs, picnic table, and outdoor carpets. We also supply RV toilet paper. Camper is antenna and wifi prepped but recommended that bringing your own mobile wifi, starlink, or hotspot as campground wifi is usually not very good. You will need to use your hotspot to access apps on the TV's. If good local signal, tv's will pick up local channels. Other things to note there is no smoking or vaping allowed. Lost or damaged remotes will result in an additional charges. Tolls will be added as required for delivery and pick up. All will be added to reservation prior to final approval. The pull out in the bunk room requires a mattress cover, which we provide but cannot be put on until it's pulled out. If you do not use some type of mattress cover while using the mattress, you may will be charged an additional cleaning fee or replacement. Cancellation policy Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. Otherwise, the cancellation policy is flexible.
