The separation from the master room and bunk room is great for everyone's privacy. Master room contains queen size bed and has adjoining full size bathroom w/shower. Bunk room contains a twin size bed + standard RV top bunk and includes a half bathroom with outside access. Both rooms + living room include TVs. Plenty of storage for all of your belongings. Dual zone AC with optional insulated window inserts to help during the summer heat. Has an extra added water filter system. • Weekly + Monthly discounts available automatically when booking. • No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the RV. • We are pet-friendly, but we kindly ask that pets are not left unattended in the RV to prevent any potential damage. Please ensure your pets are supervised at all times during your stay. Please provide us with the breed, weight and age of your dog at the time of booking. Excessive dog hair/urine/feces will result in a deep cleaning fee of $300. Evidence of an unauthorized pet will result in a $300 fee. Any damages incurred by a pet will be taken out of the refundable security deposit, so please keep that in mind when bringing your furry friends. • We don't want the burden of chores hindering our guests' vacation time. Our cleaning service is included at no additional charge between each booking. HOWEVER, we do expect our RV to be treated with respect and we would appreciate light upkeep while in use. A checklist will be provided. Return it in the same condition and state of cleanliness as you received it. Failure to do so will result in a $300 deep cleaning fee. If our rental is returned excessively dirty, the extra cleaning services will be deducted from the refundable security deposit.
