“Happy OC RV” Wolf Pup 22’ Toy Hauler w/ balcony

Hello Happy Campers!! I would love to welcome you to our Happy Camper “Pup” so you can start making memories all in the comfort of a house on wheels! Our Toy Hauler is between the 5 fwy & 15 fwy, a prime location for pick up or delivery in all directions. Whether it’s going to the beach, river, mountains, desert, our RV can do it all in comfort and luxury. This would make for the best romantic couples trip or girls getaway while you can enjoy a balcony with scenic views or store a fun toy and head off to the desert for some fun with the boys! I hope you enjoy our toy hauler as much as we do!! Our Toy Hauler comes with: - 1 Queen Bed & 1 Bunk -1 conversion kitchen table bed - Kitchen & Bathroom - AC & Heater - 30 AMP electrical - Balcony - Convection Microwave and gas burner cooktop and oven. - Dry camping Generator Upgrade Upgrade: Bedding, pillows and towels to accommodate 3 sleepers (1 Queen, and 1 Bunk) - Please bring additional bedding for 4th bed conversion. If you need anything extra please let me know! This toy hauler can sleep up to 4 people. *** RV toilet paper is included; if you run out please note you can easily pick up the specific Rv toilet paper at a Walmart. *** Please bring paper plates, plastic silverware/cups, paper towels and trash bags! Check out the add-on section for camp supplies (Extra Griddle, linens, generator, etc.) that can be added to the rental. Clarifications and Rules: ** No Deliveries or Pick ups on Holidays unless approved. ***All fees associated with the delivery and pick up of the camper (i.e. state park entry fee, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter. Festivals: Were glad to rent to family friendly festivals on a case by case basis; however, we do NOT allow Burning Man, due to the extreme damage that the Black Rock City Playa Dust causes to the coach. Festival goers will be considered on a case by case basis. Please expect additional vetting questions and potentially additional fees, if you are renting during this time of year. Please be advised that the RV has GPS and we will ultimately know where you are going, so please be upfront and honest. Delivery/Set-Up: YES! Delivery round trip first 30mi is available for $175. Distance after that is $5 per mile and subject to our availability. Tanks: If tanks require dumping during dry camping extra charges will apply if out on a delivery. Prepare for me to pick up trailer to take it to dump and return. Check In/Check Out: Schedule a time between 10am-12pm for pick up and/or drop off. These times can be flexible, depending on the bookings before and after your rental. A late fee of $50 per hour may be charged for each hour the RV is returned after the scheduled drop off time. If the RV is returned more than 4 hours late you may be Charged a late fee. Delivery Rentals… Delivery and pick up will be according to campsites check in and out times. Check in and out will be 1 hour after/before campsite check in time and check out times to allow for set up and take down. Contactless delivery is available. ** Please prepare for a 30 min walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience or a video will be sent via text for contactless delivery. Pets: Please limit to 2 animals with an additional charge of $75. No pets on beds or furniture. Pets must be crated when left alone in the RV! Tolls/Tickets: Any unpaid tolls or traffic violations during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter. 
OTHER THINGS ABOUT OUR RV: 
 
Our RV is equipped with a GPS tracker. Any renter found to have tampered with the unit, or traveled to an undisclosed event/festival/location will be subject to forfeit of up to their entire deposit. 
Renters are required to read and sign our SRA (supplemental rental agreement). This will be sent to all renters prior to key exchange. PLEASE DO NOT: 
-NO smoking or vaping in the coach. If any evidence of such is found (including the green stuff!) You will lose your entire deposit for the rental. 
-NO ROOFTOP ACCESS! Please, stay off the rear exterior ladder. No renter, family member, person or animal shall climb rear ladder or access rooftop at any time during the duration of the rental 
-Do not flush anything down the toilets other than RV toilet paper.
