Fully Equipped with heat and AC, includes linens, dishes, pots and pans, TV and FM/AM stereo. External generator available at an additional charge for campsites that do not have electric hookup. Included items: *Sheets, Blankets, pillows for each needed sleeping space. (7 pillows, 4 comforters, 2 extra blankets) *A towel for each person (7 towels total) *Cooking utensils (silverware, spatulas, tongs, can opener, knife set) *2 Rolls of TP *2 Rolls of PT *Stove top and Oven cookware *Dinner ware *Outdoor Rug *Hand soap, dish soap, scrubber, hand towel *Broom and Dust pan *Trashcan and 2 extra trash bags 
This unit is dog friendly. We ask that you let us know ahead of time and there is a one time pet fee. Awning- We DO allow the usage of the exterior awning but advise using caution! This is for your own protection as well because they usually are NOT COVERED by insurance, and they are very expensive Awnings are designed to provide shade & protection from the sun only. If any wind or rain are expected, roll up the awning. Awnings - It is recommended that if leaving the RV unattended for a length of time or going to bed, retract the awning to avoid unexpected climate conditions.
