Copy of registration and insurance of vehicle doing the towing at time of pick up. Very clean and cozy! This is a 2025 brand new 27' Starcraft Autumn Ridge bumper pull camper. Open floor plan with a full/double bed with bunk beds at the other end. Sofa will also let out into a small bed. Will come with linens, towels, coffee maker, pots/pans, kitchen utensils, plates, bathroom essentials and outdoor rug. If you need delivery and set up and your camping area does not have full hook up a dump fee is required to be added on. Even if camp ground has a dump station. If you are looking to do more primitive camping the camper is set up to hold potable water, and there will be a add on listed for a generator. You will need to supply all necessity for the generator (gas/oil). If you pick up and tow yourself you will need to have emptied or either pay for the dumping fee add on. If tanks was to be emptied by renter and comes back full there will be a add on for the host to do so. Please treat with respect as if it was your home!
