Your vacation will start as soon as you hit the road! I personally love traveling in an RV and camping. You have all the conveniences of home right there with you. And I am offering a rental that you may not find anywhere else - A FULLY STOCKED RV. That's right, just bring your clothes and your toiletries and you are READY TO GO (stop by a grocery store on the way if you wish). Most other RV rentals will be an empty RV with add-on charges for pots & pans, rugs, sheets, etc... So shop around. This rental is a great value and will be much better cared for than renting from a RV Dealer. A big part of RVing for me is being able to get up and go. And since I'm actively using this RV, I also want it to be ready to go. I will supply clean sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, a stocked kitchen, an outdoor mat, camp chairs, toilet paper, paper products, cleaning products, trash bags, first aid kit, Keurig (or coffee pot if you prefer) and many more items that I keep and want in my RV. Don't worry there will still be room for your stuff! Note: If you are renting for an extended period of time you may need to restock consumable paper products. But there will be some in there when you leave. In doing this, I must ensure that you are trustworthy. This is my personal motorhome that I work hard to pay for, maintain, and enjoy. I ask that you treat it as your own and respect the rv and the items that I include with it for your comfort and convenience. I will request that each applicant provide as much detail about their plans for the rv rental as possible, including the occupants and destination. I require that each applicant come to meet with me and see the RV prior to finalizing the reservation (NO EXCEPTIONS!). I reserve the right to refuse any applicant. Some additional RV features: Touchscreen AM/FM Dash Radio with CD/DVD Player, Bluetooth® & Back-up Monitor 32" LED TV on Manual Swivel and Smart TV Samsung Blueray & DVD Player Windshield privacy curtain NO SMOKING. Forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit could result in breaking this rule! RENTAL PERIOD. We rent by the day or by the week (or possibly month). There is a 3 night minimum. There is no credit for an early return. PICK UP/ DROP OFF. I am just outside of Frederick, MD. Pick up time will be arranged that work for both of us. Plan 1 hour for your orientation and paperwork. I prefer to also make arrangements for drop off when I am home. You may leave a vehicle parked at our house if you wish. Please contact me if you have more than one vehicle. Please see the add-ons for pick-up / drop-off pricing. GASOLINE. I request that the unit be returned with a full tank of gas. I have included pricing for me to refuel in the add-on section. LP/PROPANE. Operates furnace, stove top, water heater and fridge (when not plugged in). If not filled prior to return, I can refill for an add-on fee. CLEANING. Cleaning supplies are provided. I ask that the RV be returned in the same condition it was taken. Forfeiture of all or part of the security deposit could result in returning the RV dirty. The exception being the laundering of towels and sheets. I will take care of this. HOLDING TANKS. Black and grey tanks must be emptied otherwise I can do it for a $50 charge. DAMAGES. The damage security deposit will be refunded if the rental returns in the same condition. This condition means nothing broke, scratched, torn, ripped, dented, abused, etc. or in any other conditions other than when it left. I do know that accidents happen, but in order to keep the RV in good condition, I will need to collect repair costs. WINTER RENTALS. We rent year round, however during winter months the water lines are filled with antifreeze to prevent damages. When winterized you are not able to use the water systems. Therefore, we will need to discuss your destination and travel plans when renting during freezing temperatures. Please try to keep the door and windows closed when parked near a campfire.
