This beauty is perfect for a small family, couple or individual looking for a cozy getaway or a home away from home. It has studio style living on the inside and setup for a party on the outside. The outdoor entertainment area has everything you need for guests, tailgating or just enjoying being outside. This is also an ideal camper for short term living. If you have interest in renting for longer than a month, please contact me! I would love to accommodate a request like that as it is ideal for our situation as well! I will negotiate an amazing rate for you, not the rate that is listed on my page!!! This unit can be rented for up to 18 months. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV and plenty of storage space. Bathroom has a spacious shower you can move around in, towels and amenities. The kitchen has a large bar with a deep sink, plenty of counter and cupboard space, microwave, range, refrigerator and dinning room. The living room has 2 leather recliners, sofa (queen bed), electric fireplace, 40' TV, and stereo system with outdoor speakers. The outdoor entertainment area has a propane grill, mini fridge, awning, and a space to put the bedroom TV outside. 1100 lb hitch weight and a 50 amp circuit with 2 AC units. It is equipped with a self leveling system and sway bars. Please keep in mind this is a large camper, you will need a large truck to haul it. It also comes with add-ons at no extra charge to you! There are 2 zero gravity lawn chairs, picnic table, outdoor area rug and all the basics of a functioning kitchen and grill. My husband lived in this for 6 months while training in GA so it has everything you need to make it through a trip such as cleaning supplies, power strips, adapters, all the things to hopefully make you feel at home, oh did I mention 2 air conditioners! You will be grateful during those summer months! I do have family managing our camper for us, we are currently stationed overseas so I will try to make pick ups and drops offs as easy as possible for you and for my family. This may mean that I will give extra days to your reservation at no extra cost if that makes it more convenient for both parties. During your reservation process and trip I will be your point of contact, my family are doing us a favor by getting our renters access so they will not be able to assist you if you have questions regarding your reservation or fees. They are however be very knowledgeable of the unit and how to operate it. The camper will be picked up and dropped off at the storage location, no deliveries will be made. You will be shown the ropes of the camper and a few documents will need to be filled out for Outdoorsy. This camper is our second home that will we are entrusting to you to have fun and enjoy! It will be given to you clean and we would like it dropped off the same, this helps us with our renting process while we are overseas. Please note there is a cleaning fee if it's not returned cleaned. I hope this will not cause any confusion and we definitely appreciate your flexibility with us! Please try to book in as much advance of your dates as possible, there is a 12 hour time difference between me and you so I may not be able to respond immediately but I will ASAP, if calling please leave a message. The more advance the booking the better we can get all the arrangements worked out and make the pick up and drop off easier.
