Sleeps 6 comfortably (4 adults + 2 children or 5 adults) Delivery & set up available. Pick up after 3pm (early pick up available if not rented to another party) Drop off before 1pm (late drop off available if not rented to another party) We are pet friendly, but don't allow them on the couches/beds. 1 Double bed 1 Queen bed Dinette table can be converted to another bed for a smaller person AC/Heat work great- Requires 30amp minimum to work well. Gas tanks- you may use the gas for light cooking at no charge. You will be charged $22 per tank if used for heat, refrigerator, or to run hot water. Hot water Bathroom has sink, shower, and toilet Kitchen has sink, microwave, gas stove, gas oven. Refrigerator w/ top freezer TV and Radio w/ CD player & AUX input. Lots and lots of storage Delivery/pick up & set up We offer drop off/pick up & set up for $125 up to 50 miles + $2.00 per additional mile (one way). Towing: Just make sure your vehicle is capable of towing 4,950 lbs and has a 7 pin plug. Dumping/Sewage Please empty the grey & black water before returning, otherwise a $125 fee will apply. Cleaning Fee We ask that you bring it back the way you received it. A $100 fee may apply for excessive cleaning. No smoking allowed inside.
